Day 2 – who is in our local area?

How do we all live together? How can we find out about places in the past? / How does my village, town, city change?

Learning objective:

To gain knowledge and understanding of placemaking through a local history study, interviewing people in the local area and examining how land and buildings have changed over time

Outcome:

Pupils interview people in their school and wider community and conduct research on how their area has changed over time. They imagine how it will change in the future.
